Feature availability

The pages you see depend on your account features, connected equipment, and payment setup. Features marked Pro or described as account-controlled may not be included in every plan.

Customer follow-up

The follow-up message is sent one hour after an order is completed. Keep it concise and appropriate for customers who are eligible to receive it.

Order confirmation SMS

The pre-order confirmation SMS contains a fixed message naming the account and telling the customer they will be notified when the order is ready. Staff can append extra text.

The combined SMS is limited to 160 characters. The remaining character count includes the default text, account name, line break, and added text.

Customer announcements

Announcements display time-sensitive updates in the customer ordering app. An announcement can include:

  • title, accent text, and body;
  • optional action button text and an absolute web URL;
  • all locations or selected locations;
  • Info, Success, Warning, or Error styling;
  • display on every visit or once per announcement version;
  • optional start and end date/time;
  • priority; and
  • enabled or disabled status.

Both action text and action URL must be provided together, and the URL must begin with http:// or https://. If selected locations are used, choose at least one.

Once per version lets a customer dismiss the announcement until its version changes. Use Increment version when an important update should be shown again to customers who dismissed the earlier version.

Higher-priority announcements are intended to take precedence when several are active. Preview overlapping announcements and avoid showing several competing urgent messages.
